Group Study Rooms Now Reservable at Shields Library

Student groups can reserve dedicated library space up to a week in advance

Starting today, currently registered UC Davis students can reserve group study rooms in Shields Library using our new online reservation system. We invite you to reserve a room in advance for your next group project or study session!

There are eight reservable rooms that can accommodate groups of up to 10 students and various technology needs. Two-hour room reservations can be made up to seven days in advance. Student groups can also reserve a study room on demand (if unoccupied) using the QR code displayed outside each room.

Rooms that are not reserved will continue to be available for drop-in use on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to groups (we recommend reserving the room upon arrival).
