Mindfulness Tea Meditation
Finals are approaching and it is a good time to develop a practice to reduce stress and be in the moment. Tea is the perfect adjunct to mindfulness because it has its own qualities that reduce stress.
Starting on Wednesdays March 17th 8:30AM – 8:45AM through June 2nd, we’ll do mindfulness tea meditations to reduce stress and anxiety.

What you need:
Tea (any kind, teabag or loose)
a bowl or tea set
Hot water
