Forty years ago today…
… it snowed in Davis!
The January 1973 edition of the UC Davis Spectator noted “Snow flurries for half a day on Jan. 8 pushed vacation-rested students into building snowmen and ’snoopies’ and doing battle with snowballs on the quadrangle and elsewhere.”
