Academic Engagement and Learning designs and delivers instruction, consultation and outreach services that build critical inquiry skills and digital fluency through meaningful and sustainable engagement with students, faculty, researchers, and campus partners.

The collection strategies department builds, manages and assesses the library’s research collections using evidence-based practices.

Online Strategy

The online strategy team provides innovative technology frameworks to access, manage, facilitate and inspire creative use of the library’s data in support of UC Davis’ research and community goals.

Research and Health Sciences

Research and Health Sciences provides specialized research guidance to faculty, graduate students and other researchers across UC Davis and UC Davis Health. The department supports One Health education and clinical scholarship, and operates Blaisdell Medical Library.
