Dr. Atkinson is a Research Librarian with a focus on working with UC Davis researchers in STEM fields. As part of the Research and Health Sciences team, she provides consultations and instructional sessions for faculty, graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, and research scientists across UC Davis. Prior to becoming a librarian, Dr. Atkinson was a geoscience researcher and earned her Ph.D. at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She later earned a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from San José State University.
