Library Freebies this Fall
You’ve made it through the first full week of classes. When you need a break — whether that means watching a movie or catching up on the news — the library has you covered.
Here are a few of the freebies you get, just for being at UC Davis. (Please note: Since the library pays for these services on behalf of the university, you may need to sign in using your UC Davis Kerberos/CAS login or connect to the Library VPN from off campus.)
The New York Times
Always a favorite, access to NYTimes.com is free for members of the UC Davis community. Learn how to activate your access.
Streaming movies
The library offers a few ways to watch documentary films online. Here are our top picks:

Theater

The library offers a wide range of streaming music, from classical to jazz to popular and world music. Some good ones to start with include:
