Charge Your Devices at UC Davis Library’s New “Juice Bars”

Dead laptop battery? Need to charge up your phone before heading to class?

Every time we ask students “what can we do to improve your library experience?” the number one answer is “add more outlets!

You asked, and we heard you. This quarter we’ve added four new “Juice Bars” on the first floor of Shields to start meeting that need: look for the high tables and barstools (and one regular-height table) on either side of the staircase, directly in front of the library’s main entrance, as well as by the new classroom, Shields 167. Our new Juice Bars include USB ports as well as standard outlets.
