Project Description
Haugland’s paper examines patient and physician preconceptions about long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCs). She used the library to access PubMed and a variety of health and medical journals. Despite their effectiveness at preventing pregnancy, Haugland found many barriers to obtaining LARCs — and accurate information about them — still exist.
