Manjot assists in the hiring process for the library’s non-academic employees, temporary employees, and student assistants. She also coordinates reclassifications, flexible work arrangements, and other HR tasks. Prior to joining the UC Davis Library, Manjot graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor’s in Human Development and worked many administrative roles on campus where she assisted with recruitments, interviews, and evaluations.
