Kate works closely with graduate students and faculty through outreach, consultation, collection development, instruction and research data services to make full use of the library’s resources, and to deepen collaborative partnerships with researchers across campus.
Prior to starting her role at UC Davis, she worked for five years at the University of Miami Libraries. Kate has a Master of Science in library and information science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a PhD in philosophy from the University of Miami.
