As the library’s human resources (HR) manager and business partner, Esther provides leadership and oversight for all HR activities. She serves as an escalation point for library employees, supervisors and managers. Esther also serves as the library’s Flexible Work Liaison to the campus and works with managers and supervisors to assess and plan for flexible work arrangements. She joined the UC Davis Library in 2009 and has over 25 years of HR, payroll and finance experience, the majority of which has been at UC Davis.
