Project Description

Selvaraj evaluated the effectiveness and ethics of using AI therapy chatbots as a self-help tool in mental health care. Selvaraj used the PsycINFO and PubMed databases to identify peer-reviewed literature reviews and primary research studies. Since AI technology is relatively new and evolving rapidly, she prioritized studies published in the past three years in her analysis.
