Exhibition announcements, slides of artists' work, and a run of the newsletter, Inside Art, published by Open Ring Galleries. Open Ring Galleries was a not for profit corporation for the arts established in 1975 in Sacramento, California upon the receipt of a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. Its purpose was to provide space for exhibitions for professional artists in a non-competitive, supportive environment.
