The collection and tribute were created by Suzanne D. Pecore, a former graduate student of Pangborn's at the University of California, Davis. The collection contains audio files of twenty-three interviews conducted with individuals that were associated with Pangborn. Also included are partial transcripts of the interviews as well as two DVDs containing tributes to Pangborn. The collection also includes recordings of Rose Marie Pangborn's lectures for Food Science and Technology 107, Principles of Sensory Evaluation, and a video created by the Swedish food and biotechnology institute SIK celebrating Pangborn's association with the institute.
