Mental Health for Healthcare Providers: Improving Resiliency & Avoiding Burnout

This year, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Blaisdell Medical Library is hosting a mini exhibit to offer current and future healthcare workers resources they need to embrace resiliency and reduce burnout throughout their careers.
The library has curated a collection of books, e-books, articles, and other resources to help students, residents, faculty, and staff understand the risks of burnout and how they can become resilient caregivers.
