As the Associate University Librarian for Research and Learning at UC Davis, Nicole Capdarest-Arest spearheads library services to enhance research within and across disciplines and promote learning and academic success in and beyond the classroom. Her current focus areas include academic library leadership, instructional design and best practices for teaching information and data fluency, and optimizing quality information retrieval processes for evidence-informed research.
